Symptoms?

So a week before af I have pms cramps for a day or two and it stops. Well this month I didn't have them but now I am having them the day before af but it just a light pinch like you laid your hand on you leg. Really light. And my cirvix is high and closed. I didn't track any symptoms except for the cramps and I didn't track opks. I'm very nauseous today and I've been bruising super easy the last few days and it looks like I'm abused but I'm not. I'm so afraid it will be negative because this is what I want most in the world. And then my mom told me she was praying about wanting a grandbaby and God told her I would have a little boy. I have had sex 1-2 times a day every day this month so if I'm not pregnant I'm going to be upset.
