TMI-Difference between CM and leftover sperm

I'm so sorry to ask - TMI. If you've had sex the night before, how do you tell the difference between leftover ejaculation and perhaps a creamy/lotiony or ewcm? I try to check my cm in the mornings. So gross. 😳
