Depressed HELP

I had a miscarriage 2 yrs ago started depo rii after that. Stop depo had irregular periods from then on. Started ttcing nothing I'm starting to think I can't have kids. I'm on birth control now, did anyone take birth control to regulate their periods and got a BFP after 😒😒 and I was going to start prenatal after I got my first normal period. I jus need help my odgyn doesn't tell me anything.
