First post...excruciating pain

Hi all! This is my first post, reason being I experienced a "cramp" like I've never felt before last night and wanted to get some opinions. My boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive for a little over a year now.  AF was due Friday but never showed up. I have been cramping, indigestion like crazy, extremely bloated, and my boobs hurt so bad. Last night I was up around 2:30 AM with  a pain that literally felt like I had been stabbed. I went to he bathroom because I thought AF came but nothing. The pain lasted for quite some time and had me in the fetal position. It wasn't like regular cramps. It was just one long sharp pain. Today I feel extremely tired, dizzy, a bit nauseous, and I have a creamy discharge. My hub keeps telling me to take the test but I'm a bit hesitant because I don't want to be disappointed. What do you ladies think???
