Hi, I was wondering if you're 150 and 5"4, would you be considered overweight? I'm always told I don't look chubby and I carry my weight well but the numbers make me feel insecure

Even if you are overweight. There could be multiple reasons why including genetics, hypothyroidism, etc. The most important thing is to love your body. You're going to live with it the rest of your life.

your bmi is important so get into a good zone if you're not BUT i'm the same way. i'm puerto rican. big boobs, booty, thighs. no matter how much i work out intensely and eat extremely healthy, the weight in those areas don't go away. it toned but that's about it. i've been told i was overweight since i hit puberty when i developed even though i don't look the amount that i weigh.
