When should a girl ask for the pill

I am currently not on the pill personally and I want to be not to have sex but for the lesser period cramps, the normalization of your cycle so how should I ask my mom for it when she dosent even want me to go to VS I mean really it's just a store any moms or girls who went through this please help!!!

If you sit down with your mom, and ask her. She should let you. Remind her it's not just for you to be careless and have sex. It's for your well being and you want to do so. Your mother was young once. She should undertsand. And in the long run, when you do want to have sex, she'll be thankful that yourr not popping out grandbabies!

My mom was the one who suggested it when I was 15 because I was missing so much school because of my periods

Just try having a conversation with her about it. If the only reason you want it is to lessen your period symptoms, I don't see why she should have an issue with it.
