How to diet on my period?
I am a dancer. I am on a gluten and sugar free diet to keep in shape for dance I have been on the diet for the past two weeks. Now that my period has come along I am carving comfort food (aka foods with gluten and a lot of sugar). I am having trouble going through with the diet, I have had a cookie and a handful of chips. What do I do? Any suggestions? Comment if so. Thanks☺️
