Blood, Not my period, help?

So for the last week ive been getting pain when I have to pee and burns when i do. It was starting to get better but now it's the same as it was. Except when i went to wipe there was blood on the toilet paper but not actually in my urine. It's not even close to being time for my period and it's really starting to worry me. I thought it might be a UTIbecause ive had those before but never had and bleeding. Any ideas?? Im low key freaking out a bit 🙈
