Manager sleeping with employees!

I'm married and so is my manager. He was a regular employee but our job gave him a promotion about 3 months ago. We have over 1,000 employees on-site so I never knew who he was until he was assigned to my area a few months ago. During our first encounter w/ each other he approached w/ nothing more than a friendly conversation (you get to know me, I get to know you, type of thing). Days later, his conversations w/ me got more personal, and he started telling how he was unhappy with his wife of 2 years, and how she wasn't the same person he married. Me being married, I gave him marital advice. So I guess he got comfortable w/ talking to me and that's when things got a little twisted. He approached me one day and asked for my number so we could talk after work. I told him no, but that he was welcome to add me on FB to stay in touch. My husband is very friendly/open, and doesn't mind me having friends as long as he knows about them. He also gets on my FB sometimes, and I never delete messages, so everyone we talk to is always in the open. So he sent me a friend request, I accepted, and things got really deep. He started telling me how he wanted me sexually, and wanted to come over sometimes, and even offered to take me home one night after my car broke down at work. I declined. 1 week later, I guess his wife was going through his phone and seen the messages between me and him. She immediately went crazy and started trying to argue with me. I informed her that if she was on his phone then clearly she could see I did or said nothing wrong. She didn't care. I didn't even waste time trying to argue b/c I realized how stupid she was to be mad at the wrong person. I told my husband about the whole thing and he told me to stay clear of him. When I got bk to work he approached me saying how sorry he was, and then called me a bitch and immature high school girl (I've been out of hs for almost 10 yes BTW) after I told him we couldn't talk at work anymore. 1 day later he started trying to flirt with some of the other employees on the job. He had sex multiple times with 1 girl (I know this b/c she was telling everyone how small his dick was) and tried to have sex with another but she shut him down and even screenshotted messages, showing them to ppl at work. He found out and told her if she told another soul, he would have her fired (in front of everybody in the break room one day) how unprofessional!!! I tried to tell his wife so she could pop up on him at work amd catch him in thr act but she didnt want to hear anything i had to say. Now I feel so uncomfortable at work around him. Everyday I dodge him and act as if he's a ghost whenever he comes near me. I told the head boss over him but I wanted to remain anonymous about everything. So far he still works there so I guess they couldn't do much to him! I wish they would get rid of him. I don't understand why his wife is being so naive and why the job is keeping him??!!
