What kind of underwear is best for after you deliver? I usually use thongs or none☺️ want to start getting my bag ready n I know I will have to use undies after delivery

You will be wearing pads for up to 6 weeks. I don't recommend boy shorts bc they have a seam that runs down the crotch which will put pressure on your vagina after birth and oh my does that hurt. Granny panties for sure. Keep as much pressure off your lady bits as possible.
