Swelling
Does anyone have any ideas or experiences with swelling? Is there a way to try and reduce the amount of swelling?
I retained so much water with my first pregnancy I doubled in size. I would like to take measures to try and avoid that happening again this time around and just need some ideas that may have worked for other people! Thanks mommas! 😘
