Implants and breast feeding!

Crystal • I have two angel babies and a beautiful rainbow baby. Cruz was born 7/11/2016 and is perfect! Thank you Glow!
I just wanted to post a quick update about this topic to bring hope to ladies with breast surgeries! I worried so much I wouldn't be able to breast feed my whole pregnancy because I had implants and a breast lift when I was 24. The incision was all the way around the nipple. I'm 10 days post delivery and breast feeding is going great! It was VERY slow at first and we did have to supplement with some formula. I also had a c-section which causes delays in milk. I worked very hard to nurse baby before every bottle and practiced with my pump even before anything came in. I would breast feed or pump every few hours to get my body in the habit. Now my milk is flowing perfectly!
Don't give up ladies if it's very hard in the beginning, and don't feel bad if you need to supplement. My baby had no problem learning nipple and bottle feeding at the same time!
