Boyfriend/BD in Jail

So my boyfriend was recently caught up by the law but has been out of bail for the past week. He had court today and they remanded him. Our daughter is due in November and it looks like hes not gonna be here for her birth or possibly even the first year of her life. He's in a county jail that's about two hours from where I live and I'm currently car-less. I'm having a really hard time adjusting and I just have this horrible feeling in my gut like the world is ending. And my hormones are only making is 100x worse. I'm tired of crying and just tired of being so stressed by something that I have no control over. I'm posting this because I want to know if any other mommies are/have gone through the same thing. Please don't just comment telling me to leave him or to move on with our daughter because it just truly isn't that simple. Him and my daughter are my world. I just want to know how to cope with this and how to raise my daughter so she knows who he is and how much he loves her. Thank you for your advice in advance ❤
