Spotting at 22 weeks

I'm 22 weeks along, I've been spotting since last night, enough to soak into my underwear over night, I'm currently treating a yeast infection as well and it's making me nervous. I've had a couple friends tell me I need to go speak to my doctor but part of me feels like I'm being paranoid and this is just pregnancy? This is my first baby I've carried this far, my first pregnancy was a miscarriage at 8 weeks so I'm already hyper paranoid because of that. Should I worry or is this just pregnancy
