Bcbs of VT ivf coverage?

My husband and I meet all requirements for ivf, but we are about to get bcbs of VT and I don't know if it will cover it at all. Any one have it approved or denied?

I think infertility treatment is only covered through BCBSVT if you are being treated at Fletcher Allen (UVM) or at the hospital in Berlin.

We are in MA and I requested a copy of the coverage pages for my own review after a (covered) test was not paid for my blue cross (due to improper coding on the lab end)

IVf is only covered through certain employers. Call their Customer Service- they are the best!
