Does it mean I shouldn't?

So I was going to propose to my boyfriend tomorrow on our one year anniversary. (He is okay with me doing it, he doesn't know I am doing it tomorrow) but now I am thinking that I shouldn't as bad things have been happening since I decided like his car broke an axle, then he gets told he has to work with a bad back (mind you he could be paralysed if he does) and then our internet stops working. Is it a sign that I am making a bad choice or should I still do it ??
