OMG HELP

I have TERRIBLE period cramps. To the point where my doctor has given me 600 mg of a medicine like ibprofine. But I've taken three today (the max for my size my doctor said) and I am in SO much pain. I have family in town (and idk if I'm the only one like this. But does anyone else get period cramps and the need to poop confused?) anyway I have family here and I've been in the bathroom. My dads getting pissed but idk what to do. Help?!?!?
