Should I say something ?

Dated this guy for a while. && we WERE actively TTC. So thankful for negatives. I had a feeling he was still with his baby mama because some things just wouldn't add up. Now it's all clear. So many times I chose to believe him over listening to my gut. He keeps apologizing and wants to work things out between us. I don't even know what to say to him. She keeps friend requesting me after I denied her twice. Now she's just sitting in my friend requests. I don't know why she wants to be my friend on social media besides to be nosy or start drama. I don't think it's my place to say anything to her because he should be honest to her. I feel it's best if I don't say something because she has kids with him and then I'd look like I was trying to be a homewrecker. What would you ladies do ?
