Going to doctor tomorrow

Hey ladies, I have a question... I've been bleeding for roughly a month now off and on.. but tonight I went to shower and I've had clots before but nothing like this. It was the size of a kiwi to give an example and it's been and bloody stream since. Is there any way to help from bleed through pads
