Vaginal skin tag-TMI

Pretty sure I have a skin tag on my clitoral hood. Ob isn't concerned that it is genital warts or anything like that, but I'm embarrassed by it. 6 months pregnant and not sure if they would remove it now if i asked or wait until after delivery... Doesn't hurt or change size. Gets slightly irritated if my pants rub it too much... have thought about tying dental floss to it to see if it will fall off...
