Birthday present ideas

I need some help and I can't ask my friends because they will tell on me! My boyfriend's birthday is on Aug 5 I want to do something special but I don't know what ! He is turning 20 and says he doesn't want anything for his birthday but for mine he went all out ! So I want to give him something special lol (not like that) I'm on a budget sadly but I can spend about 200 or less on a present. He doesn't want clothes because his parents will get him that. He plays video games but I don't want to give him that because he stays up all night playing them and he doesn't care about shoes so that's out of the question. Thanks guys please help me out !
