guys help do you think he's crushing a little or at least flirting

so there's this guy and he's 21 he just turned& I'm about to turn 17 and I've already vented to my friends but I need more opinions..anyway I've watched him with other girls and he'll touch their arm but that's it and with me he'll touch the small of my back or my hips or waist, he'll tell me I look good or ill catch him looking and usually he'll sit down next to me in multiple different situations..he also teases me but like its been 7 months since I started working with him and he's a bartender so he's naturally a flirt but I don't see it as much with other girls And I've only been looking cause I'm trying to figure out if he acts differently with me which I see a lot.. especially since he added me on Facebook and stuff like that but isn't really friends with the other females that work around him apart from the 2 or 3 he's known for a while and there are definitely more than 2/3 attractive girls at my job😟
