Getting pregnant tips?

Question

So AF showed her face yesterday :( another month down and I feel like I need to try new things. 
Me and my other half both get tablets, we used preseed last month && have used convince plus before as well, I used clear lie digital ovulation tests to track when I'm ovulating as well as temp every morning. 
Is there anything anyone would advice me to try? 
Despitly want to start a family now after 9 months of unprotected sex and nothing.

Before ovulation: 
Preseed, evening primrose oil, castor oil packs, flaxseed oil, grapefruit juice,

After: 
Pineapple (bromelain) 
Brasil nuts (selenium)
Keep abdomen and feet warm (Chinese medicine).

The whole time: 
Folic acid
Acupuncture herbs
Prenatal vitamin
Aspirin

I'll try anything now after 4 failed iuis, 2 chemical pregnancies and one mmc at 12 weeks 😩
To top it all off, PCOS and an autoimmune dosease😩

I know trying to convince sucks and it is super disappointing to see AF showing up! I understand - I am in the same boat as well. I tried preseed and I take my prenatals and folic acid. 
People always say stressing is what makes it hard - if you just enjoy sex and let it be, you will find yourself falling pregnant! Give it a try!
