Is this normal after positive got at 15 dpo

Hi guys, I was just wondering if any of you have had pretty painful lower backache this early on. It also feels like my uterine area is sore more uncomfortable than painful but I was having heavy boobs mostly I'm am when I woke now I just feel a very slight tenderness, still have nausea especially on empty stomach early in am it's worse I even throw up sometimes on a empty stomach.my first bfp was 12dpo it was faint but there and tests have gotten darker , I'm going to confirm today with beta!
