Costbro deliver

What is the average cost to deliver a baby... I spoke with Hr to see before we try and my employer says i had to pay 25%. My insurance co. Also said they had a circumstance where neo natal was called in and they don't participate with insurance so customer had to pay for that bill.

Kinda scared to start a family.... I just wanted to know my insurance before we try.... Was thinking end of august to stop the pill but also want to meet with my gyno to see her thoughts....
