Last Monday I was having contractions at 30 weeks?! Advice plz?

Last Monday I was told to go to the hospital because I was have watery discharge (tmi) sorry. Well it wasn't amniotic fluid which is wonderful but they said I was having contractions pretty regular. I thought they were just braxton hicks but apparently not, they also had to give me a shot to stop them. Well since Monday, I still have some tightening and period like pains (occasionally), also I've had an upset stomach since then and now I'm starting to get nauseated. I'm a little worried I might go into preterm labor and I feel like if I call my doctor, he's not gonna show much concern... Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
