Vaginal sweating?

So I'm a little thick or plus sized of you will and I sweat a lot! So obviously I sweat downtown and mixes with my natural vaginal fluid causes a smell over the day. I tell the Dr all the time that I think I have something but they always tell me I'm perfectly ok? I tried eve spray, baby powder around the panty/thigh line. I don't know what to do but at the end of the day my panties don't smell too great!!! Help me!
