Been trying to conceive, any tips?

I've been trying to get pregnant for over a year. Any thing I can do to try and raise my fertility? Please help.

have you tried preseed? it worked the first month we used it. sadly ended in miscarriage. we tried again, and it worked the first month of trying again...

There are teas that are supposed to help. Fertilitea is the big one I know but I'm sure there are others. Preseed is a lube that creates the perfect condition for sperm and some people swear by it when trying to get pregnant. Make sure you know when you are ovulating for sure by taking ovulation tests or tracking your temperature. Also start prenatals if you haven't already.
