5 week abdominal ultrasound but couldn't see anything?

Could it just be too early?

EDIT: based on lmp I'm only 4 weeks 4 days. We only did an abdominal but no vaginal. :( I'm worried I'm miscarrying/miscarried again but just haven't bled yet

Following. I'm supposedly 7 weeks and we didn't see anything on the ultrasound. My hcg is rising at a good rate though...

I'm 5 weeks 6 days and I'm still very scared to get an ultrasound.  I had a mc in March and prior to the mc i went for an early ultrasound the lady was so rough I was bleeding right away and didn't stop until I had a mc. Not saying she caused it but I'm terrified. Or maybe she did? 😖

I was 4 weeks and ultrasound didnt see anything they told me my body absorbed the baby but it didnt im now 8 weeks
