Strollers?

Ok so I have a 17 month old and I'm due in November... I'm planning getting the stroller in the pic... My friend says I should get a double and not a single... My husband said no to a double because we had one that we barely used and we gave it to his cousin only to find out a few days later we were expecting... So idk she said she glad she don't have to deal with a man telling her what to do and I said it's not that he's telling me he just thinks it's a waste of money as we had one and hardy used it.. We are a team I'm not single and I said neither are you
