Early signs?!? Sorry if it's tmi!!

Lately I have been experiencing light cramping, headaches here and there, idegestion, insomnia, my stomach feels very fluttery and feels like it's tightening and I have noticed increased white/watery discharge... I plan on testing on Friday but could these be early signs of pregnancy? Fingers crossed and baby dust to all!
