Red spots on skin

Hey guys so I have recently noticed these little red spots on my body they aren't itchy, they are about pin size.. But there are a few.. this picture is on my boob, there are others on my stomach, shoulder and shoulder blade and 1 on my right arm! It's freaking me out! I have a panic disorder so it's freaking me out that I have something serious.. Which happens quit a lot when I find or feel something new on my body.. I tend to think of the worst.. or worse, I google it! Can anyone help at all? Thanks guys!
