Induction? Or maybe not?

Well I went in for my scheduled induction at 38 weeks, 2days (due to high risk factors) and my girl and body decided they weren't ready! We did differing medications for 48 hours causing contractions and cramping...and nothing! My cervix refused to dilate and my baby moved up into me further! She did fantastic through it all...responded well the doctor said to a 2 day "stress test". We even stopped eating for almost 24 hours to be ready for a cesarian, but nope...the doctors decided she was doing so well- they sent me home. So now I wait, we are scheduled again on her due date for another induction. I'm super disappointed that we didn't get to bring my girl home today, but I'm elated that she is doing so well...guess she's already telling me and the world who the boss is! 😜
