HELP!!! I think my husband has erectile dysfunction!

So me and my husband have been together for a year and a half and this has been going on the entire time we have been together and at first I was fine with it because it was every so often or so but now we won't have sex for weeks at a time and when we do most of the time he can't keep it up and he'll go soft and I'm getting so annoyed and he is too and I don't know what to do I don't really want to put this label on it but I just wanna fix it.
