Feeling awful and super scared

OK so today I turned 10 weeks exactly I went to the ER because of cramping and lower back pain... They did a transvaginal ultrasound when I ask if I was able to see my baby the lady told me she couldn't show me because of going thru the emergency room... When the doctor came to give me the results I was and I am still shocked said that there is a yolk sac a placenta but there is no baby and did not find a cardiac activity either, that my body is acting like if I was pregnant but there is no baby I haven't had a period since May 18,2016... She said my hgc levels were low at 10,2890 some help my husband and I are devastated has anyone been thru this or something similar?
