Ok 19weeks and suddenly cant hold my pee. If i cough or sneeze i pee have to wear a pad just incase. Never had this problem before. Anyone else experience incontinence 2nd trimester?

I've peed myself twice. I've never been so embarrassed when no one was even around to know 🙈😩 
I make sure to hold myself and squeeze my legs real tight anytime I cough, laugh or sneeze.

It's completely normal. I've lost my control of my bladders years ago due to my first baby. Now I'm on my 3rd and still the same. I sneeze, cough, sometimes lift a semi heavy object I'll piddle my undies. I can't help it either. 
I've tried keggles, Ben wa balls etc. Nothing helps.

It has happen to me when I was at 19 weeks I'm 38 weeks and 4days and I still sneeze or cough and I pee on my self it's Normal
