Is anyone EBF nomas hair falling out!?

My little one is 3 months and and for about / weeks now my hair keeps falling off! I've never had this problem before and it's horrible! My hair is all around the house and it's worse when I take a shower, ugh!

It's normal... At about 3 months pp the pregnancy hormones are gone and you body's other hormones begin to level out. During pregnancy our body's stop letting go of all the hair it would have lost normally so now it's letting it go. It should stop around 9-12 months pp and be back to normal amounts of loss. You won't go bald nor will you have bald patches. Think of it like this, it took your body 9 months to get to the shape you were before you delivered, your body also held onto all your hair for 9 months, so it's safe to say it's going to take at least 9 months for your body and hair loss to return to normal.

Mines been coming out by the handfuls in the shower 😢 it's noticeably thinner at this point too. I'm just hoping it stops soon before it's all gone!
