Should it be just you and your husband in the delivery room or him and both of our moms?

I voted you and husband but i think you should do what you feel is best. If you want to just share that experience with only uou husband or want to share it with your hubby and both mothers.. With my first my mom and bf was in the room. With this one it will just be my boyfriend. Do what you are more comfortable with.

It is completely up to you and what you want! My mother in law expected to not be in the room and was totally fine when I didn't invite her to be. It was my husband and I, my mom, and my sister in law (who was our photographer).

I really wanted it to be just me and my hubby, but he's just not an emotional man and I need the emotional support and sympathy from someone so I've asked my mom and sister to be there too. 💙 it's whatever will help you through it! Remember YOURE doing all the work! Your husband can have an opinion but the decision comes down to you

With my 1st it was my mom and My Aunt(uncles wife) With my 2nd it was just my Mom and now with my 3rd it will be my mom and possibly my Aunt (moms sister) my mom has cut my 1st two babies cords and will be doing this one as well.

I had my sister mom and him. And his mom was pissed that she had to leave but I never told her or him shed be in the room she just assumed and its caused problems. But do what's best for you. At the end of the day I'm the one who had to deliver and its such an intimate experience I didn't consider her someone who would help me thru it or that'd I'd be most comfortable with at a time like that. Do what's right for you.

I think its personal prefrence. My mom is coming from other country in october. My in laws will be here early in september when i m due. We decided that my in-laws are allowed in the room up until the actual delivery. Then it will just be me and my husband and they can come back in after doctors and nurses leave. The reasons are that the rooms are already small and there will be bunch of people in there already(nurses, doctors) plus i feel like this is one of those intimate moments i would like to share with just my husband. Just the first magical hour i wanna spend it with my husband and a baby girl without having toimmediately share her and show her. and then they are allowed back in the room to meet the baby :) they are all perfectly fine with that and respect my choices :) but whatever works for you is what you should do :)

At first I was convinced I wanted both our moms in the delivery room but as the day gets closer I am reconsidering. I haven't made up my mind yet
