Is it to late?

I've been breastfeeding and supplementing with formula since my baby was about 3weeks (now she's  a month and 2weeks), my question is it it to late to ebf? If not how do I go about it? Any tips on breastfeeding @night? That's usually when I give her formula because it seems quicker. I tried fenugreek and it didn't help at all just made her gassy... Ugh please help x.x also if you know any easier bf positions that would help a lot..tia
