Milk supply gone :(
My milk supply has disappeared. I'm not even able to pump an adequate amount to feed my 3 week old. The doctor told me I'm going to have to supplement with formula until I get my supply back.
Anyone else been through this? I'm doing everything humanly possible to get my supply back. If it happened to you, how long did it take you to get it back?
So discouraged, trying not to stress about it. Ugh.
