I found out I was cheated on today and I don't know what to do. I don't know how to function. I am really feeling awful. Someone please help.

Honestly if they cheated on you they don't deserve you! You are strong and you will get through this. Be extra nice to yourself though. It's ok to grieve for what you had but just know that the universe has something even better in store for you because your awesome and you deserve it. 😘😘

It's okay to grieve.. Just don't think rational. Continue your everyday life just as you would and try not to think about it. Involve yourself in activities to get your mind off of it, also try not to stay up late because that's when you think the most. If I may ask how old are you and how long was the relationship?

Make sure you can't contact him/her and go out with some friends, dress up, and have fun. Most of the time they always come back especially if they think you are just fine without him/her . Take up some hobbies and focus on yourself it might be hard but I know good will come out of it . Muah !
