To move or just make best of the situation??...

So I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant and I have been trying to convince my SO that we need to move since the beginning of my pregnancy. We are currently living in a one bedroom one bath and we have dog. He says his reason for not wanting to move is because we need to save money. Now we had some money saved up and our televisions got hit by lightening. He claim he couldn't wait or go without a tv and not even 30 mins later we were in wal-mart buying another tv. Now to move (well in our case transfer to a bigger unit) will only cost us $250. The manager in our leasing office told us that she will work with us on payments being that I'm not really working right now. She has an apartment ready for us to move into. All she asked for was 1/2 of the transfering fee on the day we move and if there are any damages to our current apt that we'll have to pay for those but not all upfront that she'll take a little bit at time until I go back to work full time and we pay it off. I have cried and pleaded for this and nothing is working. We don't even have anywhere to put the baby clothes and things. I feel like my baby will seriously be living out of bags. & not to mention people are going to want to come over to see her. That's just embarrassing to have all of my baby things shoved in a corner. Right now her things are just sitting on top of our dinning room table and I haven't even had by baby shower yet so not telling what else we will receive. I've been cleaning and trying to organize things the best way possible to make space but I just don't see this working out. Idk what to do. I'm seriously stressing and freaking out. Please give me some kind of advice on how to make best of the situation or how to get him to agree on transferring to a bigger unit. Our lease is up in November but offer/ help won't be on the table. Please don't be rude or try to say he's horrible and I need to leave. This is the only thing we have ever really disagreed on. He's never made me feel like what I want doesn't matter. Well not at least until now. Thanks
