Weirded out!

Today at work, one of my patients' mom came out of the room and was talking about my 4 month old, then looked at me and said you're pregnant. And when I told her no, she continuously swore up and down that I test because she thinks I'm pregnant. Is it even possible to get pregnant that soon, and do you think some people have intuitions that are right? I don't know if I believe her, but she was telling me she thinks it's a girl. I don't know I would feel crazy to believe another person telling me that. any comments, advice, stories?
