Low amniotic fluid, abdomen measuring small

I am 16 weeks pregnant. My doctor referred me to a maternal fetal medicine physician because he was concerned that my baby's abdomen was measuring behind. I had that appointment yesterday and received horrible news. She said I have low amniotic fluid and also that she was concerned because the baby was still in a rolled up position. She said that it is a completely normal position but that it concerned her because he was in the same position at my last ultrasound the week before. She said-I'm going to be straight with you, I think there is something wrong with this baby. At that point I just started sobbing. She said she can't tell what is wrong because of the baby's position but that she is going to refer me to another specialist for a second opinion. I'll have to wait two weeks for that appointment because they want me to be further along. This is going to be a rough two weeks with no answers. For now I am just trying to rest, drink lots of water, and pray. Has anyone gone through something similar?
