Please answer

I have taken 4 pregnancy tests, all came up negative except one that turned positive later that night, I am 10-12 days late for my period. I went to a clinic and there's was negative too, I was going to get a blood test but I figured I'd wait the couple weeks and see but it's driving me nuts! Btw I am always on time with my period. What do you guys think?
