Casual Friday Men Vs Women

We have a guy at work who is quite tall but has a bit of a beer belly, he wears jeans and a tshirt for work which is fine on Casual Friday but he wears his jeans under his belly and with his tops being of generic lenth means that his stomach hangs alittle. I am also large and I am shocked that HR or someone hasn't pulled him aside to politely mention that it makes his smart jeans and top look unkempt. I feel though if I or any woman with a larger body type wore clothes in a way that revealed my body in an unflattering way that a colleague or HR would kindly pull me aside. Why do men not get the same treatment or comradary from colleges in this instance :)
