Any insight anyone?!?!
So Wednesday I went for my first US and there was no baby :( they tested my urine and it came back positive. I did 2 blood tests and now I'm waiting on them to come back. Feeling hopeful but yet sad 😔 any encouragement or advise helps....my husband just doesn't understand but trying really hard to be supportive.

It sounds like a blighted ovum to me. It's where the body thinks it's pregnant and produces the Hcg hormone, the sac will grow but the baby doesn't. Same thing happened to someone I know. Hcg will still be found but not in high quantities.

What kind of US did you have? Transvaginal or abdominal? There are a few reasons why it can be hard to find the baby in early pregnancy. Did they see anything at all? Gestational sac or yolk sac?

You may not be that far along.  I thought I was  8 weeks,  and they did an ultrasound..  No baby.  They did blood work,  and I went back 2 weeks later and there was a lil nut! Turns out I was only 51/2 and so I was off by almost 3 weeks which makes a huge difference!!  Stay positive! And good luck!

Oh so sorry! It sounds like a chemical pregnancy. I have had one and it's devestating. I got several positives on a digital and then took a clear blue weeks indicator and it said not pregnant. Went to the dr and there was no sac or baby.

Are your numbers doubling? I had an unidentified ectopic (meaning they couldnt find the location of it) in february. My numbers were going up but not doubling. They did an ultrasound at what was supposed to be 8 weeks and there was nothing found in my uterus and a mass on my ovary. The ultrasound was repeated 5 days later and nothing in my uterus but the mass was gone, but that's where  they wete assuming it was. Are you having any unusual symptoms? Bleeding? Light headedness? Unusual stomach pain? Keep an eye on it. Hopefully youre just off on your dates and its too early!! Youll know more when you get your blood results! So sorry you're going through this.
