Returning to work

I go back in one week and having almost debilitating anxiety over it. I've been with my baby for an entire year (found out I was pregnant almost one year ago, she's 4 months now) and just like that, 40 hrs/week I'm going to be away from her. I just want to quit my job to avoid this. I can't do it. Plus on top of that, I have a dangerous job which isn't helping the situation. I can't do this 😩😩😩😩😩
