Stomach pains and noises

Hey ladies, I'm 14/4 w (with twins) and my tummy is often quite painful. It's very noisy at times too (and when the noises are there every noise that is really audible is accompanied by some pain too). I'm very gassy too and I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips on controlling the pain? It's often most noticeable in the morning when I wake up. I'm also starting to wake up at around 4 or 5 in the morning, going to the toilet then not being able to get back to sleep for like an hour.... Getting very tiring!
