Not enough sex

My hubby and I are TTC baby #1 and i know it's going to be difficult my husband was injured in and accident a few years ago and is paralyzed from the waist down. Now let me go ahead and answer the first question every one asks yes he can still have sex and he takes pride in doing his part to make sure I am always satisfied but unfornately he cannot "get his" every time. So here's the problem I check my ovulation window and I'm like yay it's time he however can only do his part once every other day if I'm lucky and between that and my work schedule I feel like we are never going to get pregnant this month we were only able to try once, the day before ovulation at least I think I was about to ovulate I took an opk and it was positive and we tried on Friday (success) and all day Saturday I had a lot of EWCM and Sunday it's gone, so I'm hoping I timed it right. It's just so frustrating I try not to let him know because I don't want him to be harder on himself than I'm sure he already is but I just feel like it isn't going to work we've spoken with his DR and he wants us to try for a year before seeing a fertility DR I'm just so impatient I'm 32 and not getting any younger lol!
